Our Practice Management team is your primary point of contact and we allocate you to a team of paraplanners. Each team is led by a senior RG 146-qualified paraplanner. The team will prepare all your plans. This allows for scalability to cope with increased demand or to cover additional advisers.
Our CPlan client portal means you can store all correspondence and documents in a single location that is accessible from any browser and device. Automated notifications keep you up to date. You can also track the progress of your plans in real time.
All documents are subject to a three-stage internal quality review process. This includes review by a senior RG 146-qualified paraplanner. We have also embedded simple feedback and quality review request prompts in our delivery process. We want to know that your expectations are being met.
Documents are produced as efficiently as possible. We respond to requests within 24 hours. We deliver documents within 5 working days.
